making healthy choices and changes in diet, fitness, self care
and behavioral patterns.
Before you begin your one on one personal therapy sessions, you’ll undergo a “Lifestyle Check” where we evaluate everything from sleeping and eating habits, stress levels, physical activities, and behavioral and thought patterns. Together we'll create a program that is tailored to your lifestyle and needs. In between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your practice as you start to implement the program into different aspects of your Life.
